Refund Policy – Azaan Travels

At Azaan Travels, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality travel services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is required. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made according to our cancellation policy. The amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and any applicable cancellation charges.

2. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. The refunded amount will be transferred using the same payment method used during the original booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued. This may occur if part of the travel service has already been used or if cancellation charges apply. Administrative fees and service charges may also be deducted.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain travel services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Last-minute bookings or cancellations

  2. Special promotional packages

  3. Hotel, flight, or train bookings that follow third-party cancellation rules

  4. Tours where services have already started

5. No Show Policy
If a traveler fails to arrive at the scheduled tour, hotel, or meeting point without prior notice, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation by Azaan Travels
If a tour is cancelled by Azaan Travels due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, customers will be offered either:

  1. A rescheduled tour, or

  2. A full refund of the amount paid.

7. Third-Party Services
Some services included in the tour package, such as hotel reservations, transportation tickets, or activity bookings, may be governed by the refund policies of the respective service providers. In such cases, their refund terms will apply.
